This is best building company we have dealt with. Any minor problem they fix it straight away. Their colour co coordinator is a wealth of knowledge and always finds the correct colour scheme. My husband and I are extremely happy with them; any minor problem they fix it straight away. From the day we walked into and spoke to David who showed us various room alterations and also we fortunate to have the free landscaping package.......we now have a home that we can be proud of and show friends. My tropical palm garden at the rear with ginger plants and cordylines, hibiscus, etc is really coming on. thank you Gj Gardner homes, we have friends, neighbours and relatives calling and they are Impressed

Would give them 5 stars as sales staff are excellent and variety of plans and value is good however 2 months on after paying for soil tests and drawings and we are still waiting on the final plans and a contract.This office desperately needs more draughts men .

Professional and very helpful staff I dealt with from start to completion. Mark Tyler was particularly patient and communicated each step to me as I was mostly away working all over Australia. I will do it again with more wisdom and insight, but thoroughly enjoyed the experience of building my home with all my choices and variations coming into reality.
