Always well stocked and easy to get in and out of. With Coles as well, you can easily pick and mix when shopping, but I find in most cases I still end up getting most of the product from Woolworths due to price.

Much like any other Woolworths, it was a lil busy cause it was mid-morning and a week day.. I only passed thru for a few minutes, but I guess if you're not big on crowds, go early in the day or in the evening when most have gone..

Most of the staff are really really RUDE !!We are only new to the area but since the very first time we have shopped there, i would say the staff needs to learn the real definition of customer service !And Seems likes THANK YOU are not one of their vocabulary!

More training needs to be given to the girls at the checkout on how to pack groceries. You dont put things like bread on the bottom and put cans on top. I refuse to use the self check out because I dont work there.

Update 22 Jan 2023. Staff member Katatina - very friendly... a pleasure shopping at Woollies when staff are not grumpy.Update 15 Jan 2023. Staff member Russell most helpful today... and friendly... both with me and I watched-on as he assisted another customer needing assistance.Previous contribution which is still relevant: Suggesting to management that electronic Product Points be installed at end of every second aisle. Push a button and ask which aisle the vinegar is in, say. Receive an automated answer advising which aisle number. I did ask a member of staff and he advised me that at the end of each aisle is a printed list of what is where. I did not know that. Here is a photo of that list. You will need your magnifying glasses to read it as it is in something like 8 or 9 size font. So if electronic points cannot be installed, then please increase the size of the font on the end of aisle lists. Thanks.

Great staff, well stocked for the most part. Love the digital tickets. Surprisingly clear and easy to read. Looks much better than three old tickets.Service was great, store was clean and well presented.

Woolworths Dapto is a big store, catering for all your needs. It had a large deli and fresh fruit area with plenty of choice for any table. It's always busy and their front of the store reception is good and the workers thorough in the service they provide their customers whether they are new or a returning customer. Outside the entrance of the store located on the ground floor is a play area for the children and plenty of seating for your convenience. There is also a hairdressers opposite and a coffee shop near the bank and the chemist adjacent to Woolworths.

Shelves empty and hard to shop when the online shopping person is taking up the isle or shelf stackers and their trolley is blocking access to produce. Shelf stacking and online shopping collectors should do their work in the night when the store is closed.
