Whilst my order was a little delayed due to something being out of stock for my hamper, Lauren went above & beyond to ensure the order was delivered as quickly as possible by hand-delivering it to my beautiful friend & new-mum-to-be.Not only did Lauren replace the out-of-stock product with something more expensive, but also provided samples & updated me personally on the status of the order which I really appreciated as most businesses wouldn't advise you until it was too late!The clear communication, efficiency, packaging & products in the hamper could not be faulted & I will definitely be shopping at Harry Hoot again!Thanks again Lauren for your amazing customer service & beautiful products! Lauren (owner) is AMAZING! I found Harry Hoot just by a random search and I’m so glad I did! Lauren is based in Brisbane which is what I was looking for, her products are sourced locally and tick the vegan and organic boxes which was what I was chasing. I got Lauren to combine a 1st and 2nd Trimester hamper into 1 box and picked it up from her house- it was huge! Packaged in a gorgeous, sturdy, high quality cardboard box with a magnetic close lid! My pregnant friend absolutely loved it! Lauren is totally flexible with what I wanted in the box, I could pick and choose, trade and swap out items- completely tailor made! The price was a little more than I expected BUT! The products are of the highest quality, they are sourced locally and are certified organic and vegan, and it was completely tailor made! Plus, she has AfterPay so it was even better! So it was well worth what I spent! I will be in contact with Lauren later in the year to purchase a 3rd trimester hamper for my friend.
