Bought a label maker from them two years ago, have been trying to get myself off the mailing list ever since then.As written by someone else, ordering from here is not worth the endless emails you'll receive.EDIT: I've since been removed from the mailing list, but only after sending about 7 emails across two year period - and leaving a negative review. Still not overly impressed with how long it took.

Ordered my HP Cartridges on Friday 4/11, as I couldn't get to office works until the following Thursday, and I was saving myself $9, which was the cost of going to the store. I was really pleased to get an acknowledgement on Monday 7/11 that my order was received. They really got onto this order because I am pleased to say it was shipped on Wed 9/11. Normally with other suppliers I would have the cartridges by then, but I was enthralled to get my cartridges by special courier on Wed 16/11. Great organisation and wonderful logistics, I am over the moon to only have my printer offline for 12 days awaiting supplies. Thanks Guys will definitely use you again in the next decade.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS: They may be cheaper but it is not worth the relentless SPAM emails. It is a never ending uphill battle to try and have my email removed from their contact lists. The business is incompetent at this simple request.

Very efficient & prompt service. Cartridges ordered on Friday afternoon were delivered on Monday morning (Vic to NSW). Also the offer to price match with another online supplier works. Saved a few dollars. Will definitely order from Cartridges Direct again

I have dealt with these people for some years. They have always been quick efficient courteous and correct. Confusion is easy these days with the number of printers and the enormous number of print cartridges. I have found Cartridges Direct spot on and their deliveries very speedy. If you can get Amber Ciavarella to deal with you, you will not be disappointed or frustrated. She is great, a real beauty to deal with

I mistakenly ordered the wrong cartridges.I rang Cartridges Direct and spoke with Simon. He was immediately helpful,courteous and generous in the way he handled my problem. It was dealt with in a simple supportive and uncomplicated fashion. I dealt with Adriana with respect to the process of returning the incorrect cartridges.She was prompt in her response to me, supportive and offered me various options from which I could chose the path which best suited me. I have been a long standing customer and will certainly continue to be so.
