Friendly and welcoming. I’m really happy with my eyebrows she did them exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommend.

Because I left it to the tattooist to send a reminder text the day before my appointment and she did not send me one I have been punished for this and I am now expected to pay again for my touch up which was included in my first payment that I already have paid for . Lesson learnt so now I have refused to go back and now have to walk around with an unfinished job cause in the process of my first appointment she bruised me and said she cant do any more cause my hair would fall out and not grow back if she had continued and assured me she would fix it up at my touch up appointment which she now wants to re charge me because she forgot to send me my reminder text like she said she would , apparently she has a lot of clients that don't show up for there touch ups maybe it's because she doesn't follow through with her reminders , but she's good to answer her phone during your appointment and organize her weekend with her friends very un professional business.

Gena did a wonderful job on my eyes and eyebrows. She is a very gentle caring person who took the time to make me feel comfortable and talk me through what needed to be done. Thank you Gena

10/10 had my eyeliner top and bottom done, bearly felt it.also went back to get my eyebrows done.love your work girl!!!!!!!!

OMG I LOVE MY EYEBROWS!!!! SHE DID A AMAZING JOB, ANDSHE WAS SUPER LOVELY. MADE ME FEEL MORE THEN JUST ANOTHER NUMBER AND I HAD REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!
