We went in to look at the models and I came out with a beautiful fountain pen at an unbelievable price. Just what I'd been wanting. The lady who served us was passionate about pens and calligraphy and her customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

A brilliant store. Elise was very helpful in finding a great and timeless anniversary present for my partner. The Pen Shoppe on the lower level shares some stock with The Model Shoppe, but I loved the atmosphere of the latter :) Will definitely visit again. Thank you for the great experience!!

Splendid place to wander through, with amazing wares. Great service. There is a calligraphy workshop advertised. Linked to the Pen Shoppe on the ground floor.
