Purchasing a lift was a challenging exercise for us and we looked around many companies. In the end we chose Direct Lifts because they worked hard to find a solution that suited us and not them. Firstly I would like to thank Adrian who simplified the purchasing process for us and kept coming back with options. When the lift arrived, despite global challenges the delivery and install process was simply amazing. Katrina and Kale had the whole thing installed within a week and it was commissioned the following week. The professionalism, punctuality and quality of work afforded us by both Katrina and Kale could not be faulted. Thanks Direct Lifts for making our life more comfortable

Darius the installation technician was very helpful. He went out of his way to explain the lift and it’s operating features. He was also very respectful and had no issues with any questions and had the works complete very professional and promptly. I had a good experience with Darius and the other technicians.

My wife and I had an internal lift installed by Direct Lifts at our Burleigh home. In this review we would like to thank the following staff who were so helpful: Katrina, in the office and over the phone; Adrian (sales) Gavin(site coordinator); and of course the installers.Of particular note we would say that the onsite team was most helpful, polite and punctual, post installation the clean up was 5 star.We would recmmend Direct Lifts for price, efficency and follow up.

Direct Lifts, you've sure got what it takes when it comes to product display on your website, help with choosing the right product, transparent contract and scheduling.. But nothing could prepare us for the dynamic Katrina and her team when it came to installation. Confident, pleasant, and totally on top of the task at hand, with explanations if asked for as her team got it all together.Very happy with the whole deal and Katrina making herself available if were worried about anything.I wish you all continued success.
