Michael went above and beyond to make sure that designing my partners custom engagement ring was a wonderful experience from start to finish. After showing some ideas of what she would like, Michael was able to give some great advice when selecting diamonds and designing the ring to make sure it was perfect and one of a kind. Throughout the process, Michael was incredibly trustworthy and was able to work within my planned budget. Clear timeframes were also set with updates were provided throughout the process so I could see the ring come together and the level of care, detail and craftsmanship involved. However, the most important part was it was very clear that Michael cared about making the perfect ring for my partner as much as I did. The ring came out to be exactly what I wanted and my partner loves the ring (she also said yes, which is the important part). Overall I cannot recommend Michael enough!
