12/05/18I was disappointed today, when I tried to order flowers from you this morning.I was told that you would not delivery to Long Point Dr, Lake Cathie, which is a 11-minute drive away one way. The girl was not rude, in fact very polite and offering pickup option.But living in Queensland this was not an option. This has left me in an embarrassing position for Mother’s Day. I have used you before because you are local. But maybe next time I would be wise to look outside of the local area. Oh! Maybe you should look at fixing your web site too. Can’t be logged on to due security issues?

I went in a few months ago to see what options of flowers I could have for my wedding. The lady who served me was so helpful and even tho I left my flowers till the last minute she went over and above to make the experience great. The other florists I went to for help said I had left it too late and shrugged me off.I got married last week and the flowers were more than I could have asked for and were stunning in everyway. I can not recommend this little florist tucked away in Lake Cathie more!

I wanted to send flowers to family members who have Covid and in isolation. I asked for a yellow arrangement (to cheer them) for same day delivery and even though it was a fairly late order they were delivered within two hours. Thank you so much to staff for the beautiful arrangement. Recipients are delighted and sent a photo. Greatly appreciated.

Gift flowers delivered Friday morning before Mother's Day werenot exactly fresh. Leaves of Chrysanthemums brown-speckled with disease, and the central pink lilly in the arrangement dropping ALL it's petals, gypsophila browning and half-dead and the two irises were in total full bloom rather than in bud stage, so would not have lasted another day. Obviously Lyn's Bloom Room utilising left-over flowers that were only fit to be thrown away and will be dead before actual Mother's Day!A zero review from me, too.
