Whereas most hair dressers and salons gives seniors discount, this hair salon does not.In addition a slight haircut or trim is all I need but to justify their own work and fully charge without seniors discount my hair was cut more than what I wanted.I think listening to customers needs and deliver them is paramount to customers loyalty. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

As a walk in customer, I was greeted by all staff as I entered the salon. That in itself is something rare to come by as I am a hairdresser myself by trade.I have been out of the field for many years now and when I asked about a particular product that Michael Temel Hair had in stock I was impressed at the wealth of information and product knowledge understood by the staff. They really know their product and the customer service alone was super impressive with no push on the sale. Very friendly salon also.
