Chris is a fantastic mechanic, honestly priced too. He replaced the condenser in my Ford Maverick, and being an old car, worked with what parts are still available and affordable, fabbing up hoses to fit accordingly. He actually invests his time for the customer to assess what's possible with jobs that aren't simple swap 'n go situations. Will happily go back to him next time.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Mathew, the owner of this business. It's a rare thing to come across a mechanical workshop where the owner is both competent and ethical. Mathew was able to diagnose and fix a tricky electrical problem, and charged a very fair price for his efforts. I have no hesitation recommending this workshop.

I had an issue with my adaptive cruise control on my Ford Ranger, Ford tried to charge me $2000. Chris fixed it for $172. I realised they do services, got the car serviced, which Chris informed me if the car is under warranty with Ford, this doesn't void the warranty as they use the same oils etc. Service $300 compared to Ford $867. I'll definitely be back!!!

Originally battery world told us that our battery’s were fine, and we needed to seek an auto elec.We found the guys at Car sparks, they were accomodating, and very easy to deal with.They tested my battery properly, seen we had 1 battery basically dead, and they did infact need replacing. We didn’t go back to battery world, that’s for sure.Cheers guys.

Worst mechanic ever sent my car from Melbourne to southport as Chris was a friend of a friend and was really keen to put a barra turbo engine conversion in my 80 series landcruiser and for a quote of 20k I had no reason not to as I struggled to find anyone in Melbourne who would do the engine i wanted. Ive paid 30k already and flew up in july to collect it Chris msged me on the plane saying it's not ready dont come. I went anyway had a look realised the engine was no where near complete guess thats how he got the nick name nowhere. As he failed to complete it on time he ruined my cape york trip that was planned for over a year.The following day he has the nerve to send me a quote of $50k which he said I owe to date so technically should be an invoice. He refused to give my car back without me paying more money he has now taken the engine out and stole the tyers and rims off it the head unit, winch, bullbar atteners and whatever else I can't see in the photos my car is now a shell he has completely destroyed it. Do not go here he will destroy everything Here's a photo of the before and after. He is a master manipulator and will tell you what you want to hear but as soon as you apply pressure to him the lies and agression comes through and his true colours show

I couldn't thank the guys at Car Sparks enough, I recently had my car breakdown due to a fault. Being someone that has no idea about cars, they were very patient with me and made me feel at ease with the issue. They continued to provide exceptional service, communication and knowledge. I would strongly recommend Car Sparks to anyone. I will definitely be returning for regular services.

The boys at Car Sparks provided the best service i have come across when it comes to getting my work van back on the road. Professional and efficient workmanship and great customer service. The boys literally dropped everything and had me out the door within 45 mins, and as a small business owner time is money.wouldn't go anywhere else.10/10
