I have used this laundrette regularly the couple who own the business are helpful and friendly the premises are clean and well organised

I have been visiting this laundry regularly for the last few years when I moved into the area. The place is very clean and it is run by an elderly couple. I've had nothing but good results on my laundry and dry cleaning when I followed their instructions on how much clothing I should be loading into the machines. Good place to visit especially if you want to support your local business.

They never close in time. They said they were open but no one was in there.

I've used their services a few times, lovely people, clean place, drop off and pick up with accurate time frames.

Went there many times , very polite stuff, they moving your clothes from the washing machine to the dryer for only 1 extra dollar, some extra cents for hot water.Overall Good experience.

Jenny and Long run this business. I have been with them for some time now and they always do a great job. They are polite and on time. They have never broken buttons or lost any clothing. Very economical too. Highly recommended

I was able to pop my laundry in the morning and pick it in the afternoon after I finished all my shopping. All nice and clean and more importantly, dry! The lady was able to give me advice around washing some hard to clean items as well!

The man I spoke to at Loca Loca Laundry was very polite, explained that the linen from the big round basket and smaller rectangular basket would not all fit into the large machine so it would have to go into the smaller machines. Ok. I accepted that, and also accepted the price of $42 which was a bit more than I was used to paying. I should have left then but, silly me, I left the washing there at Midday on the Monday, and went to collect them on the Thursday afternoon as planned. I was surprised to see that the things in the smaller basket hadn't been folded, but the larger basket appeared to have been done as there were 2 flat sheets folded, 2 hand towels folded on top. The rest of the linen was just shoved into the basket.I've never been to a laundry that didn't fold the items for their client. I won't be going back there again. I'll go to my usual man who doesn't charge as much but still manages to get the washing folded.
