Got passport photos done-the gentlemen who helped us out was an absolute legend, and really helped one of my kids out who was struggling to get the right photo. He went above and beyond, and is an asset to Australia Post.Edit-went back a couple days later to lodge the applications. All staff here are awesome.

The post office in and of itself is fine, but don't bother trying to call Aus post, the electronic voice robot is the dumbest and worst experience I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.
