Jay and his team has been exceptional, professional and friendly. I approached Jay a few years ago to solve my backyard problems and they happily jumped in. Highly recommended! friendly staff, very good customer service. My yard is funny triangle, thanks the reception lady help me figure our the numbers. She using google maps to measure the yard size, it’s brilliant! I don’t need to drive back again, save me a lots of time.Thanks Jay’s again!

I bought some synthetic grass from Jay to do a DIY mini golf in my front yard. I did a lot of work on YouTube, but there are still many questions. I recently purchased some decking from Jay's,and ran short on decking screws,so asked my daughter to purchase some more as we couldn't get there due to work.She went to Jay's and payed for them and then the next day or so,they took the same amount of money out again, out of our bank account that we used to pay for the original decking order. We rang them and asked why they had charged us twice,and they said they would get back to us. That call was Friday 9th July so it's been about 5 weeks,and we've heard nothing.

I have recently my backyard installed by these people and I have to say, it changes my back yard upside down. Very impressive with their jobs. Will recommend to all of my friends for sure.

A Bad experience will not recommend to any to do business with the shop in Solomons Rd. I spoke to Dean a few days ago told him the artificial grass length I required he said they have a bigger cut for $495 but the size I wanted he said he could cut & give me for $288 unfortunately when I arrived at shop he didn't remember me asked me for grass type & size again then quoted me their large size price & said he could not now cut it as he had previously stated to me. I asked could he meet me half way as it was his mistake which he replied it his my word against his. I was annoyed as Dean & the desk lady just said sorry we made a mistake nothing we can do. So I left told them I will be putting this negative comment on their site which they repeated sorry nothing we can do. I am a health worker for a major hospital & was originally recommended Jays the place to get the best deal for grass. I assure you all I come in contact with will know the lousy no responsibility attitude this company has regards Errol in Lakelands [email protected]
