Very dodgyMost products are very low quality own brands and whenever any issues happen then all dramas happen.Definitely not recommend to anyone

Had 2 GEN52 ceiling light fans in the past 6 years. Replaced the first one not realising that it was only the receiver that was broken. Since then 3 more receivers have karked it and I cannot get in touch with them via phone to get a replacement one because they're not answering the bloody phone. What a Rubbish Company!

Very bad Service. I called at least 15 times just to confirm price of a Ceiling fan today but no body is attending. Disgusting. I have all the phone calls records with me. I am surprised with the services. Very bad experience

I have had the same issue with these dam blue tooth receivers and remotes for the fans. Replaced numerous remotes and receivers plus a failed LED plate. I have 5 fans in my house all the same and the failures continue installed ed correctly and checked by their warranty guy when they last failed. Just tonight the light wont switch off from the remote it just flickers so now I cant use the fan during sleep.

Now on my 4th fan fail because of the bluetooth control/reciever unit.Fans had been been installed well over 6 months and worked fine till then, but were told that the installation was the problem !First signs are that the fan only works if light is off, then eventually will start, then beep and switch off again.Have replaced with 15 dollar universal control and bluetooth receivers and no issues.Would not recommend.
