Awesome service! They built up a new bike for me after I damaged an existing frame. Bike was perfect following the build! No squeaks, shifting was perfect and no rotor rub after the brake install (amazing).They also picked up on a couple of issues with the existing components. They called me to discuss fixing them for me (rather than just doing it and hitting me with the bill later). They fixed up the little niggles and the communication throughout was excellent.I won't take my whips anywhere else.

Incompetent service of my tandem bike. I paid for a full service and clean, but they wasted so much time failing to adjust the eccentric bottom bracket that they just gave up. Brakes and gears not touched and bike not cleaned. I ended up fixing the eccentric bottom bracket myself without trouble. They said it was seized, but it was not, had plenty of grease, they just didn't know how to do it. Had to remove (and return) a rubbish chain tensioner they put on instead. Refused to reimburse me one cent, not even for the returned parts.

I had a great experience hiring a road bike this past weekend. The equipment was top notch and carefully checked before the rental. Service was beyond helpful and website easy to navigate. No need to take your bike on the plane when you can hire one from MC Cyclery.

More than just a bike shop!I have been getting bikes serviced by MC Cyclery for approx 5 years now and its always been a positive experience.During Covid I ordered 2 bikes for our kids, one was delayed due to covid shipping issues but within hours they had organised a similar bike in same size, what a relief!I now regularly attend the weekly group rides, some weekend trips away and also events at their new clubhouse, there is a strong sense of community.I find the team are always open and helpful (and patient) in answering my questions or queries and are always very welcoming to new riders.The coffee isn't bad either!

A very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly team. A great cycling community with regular group rides with a no drop policy. The community rides on Saturday morning are an excellent way to learn about group riding and safety.

One of the best cycling stores in Sydney, with friendly service and will take care of all your bike needs, from kid's bikes to premium custom made bikes. They are also a true local community bike shop, organizing weekly rides open to all and through their MC Velo club. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I was sold a complete dud of a bike by this shop. From day one the gears just weren’t right, so I took it in to be tuned, ride the bike again and this time the gears lock up and I’m almost thrown in front of an oncoming car, so again I take it back in, I’m told problem fixed, but no the gears are terrible, jumping around, completely unresponsive, repeat process one last time, same results. I gave up on MC took the bike to a different shop, who can’t believe that the gears have ever been tuned, the frame is out of alignment and has caused a part to break creating this ongoing gear issue and costing me additional money to get repaired. It’s just terrible really. The bike has less than 100km on it and it’s been a complete nightmare. I definitely won’t be returning for that yearly service you keep emailing about.

I had my bike serviced here for the second time and it looks like new again! The bike mechanics really new what they were doing. I didn’t know what the creaking noise was, I thought it was the cranks, but instead, they changed out the bearings which fixed it. They also bled the hydraulic brakes and adjusted the gears perfectly. What I liked, most was that the whole procedure was super smooth with online booking, then drop off and pick up within the one day. I recommend the premium service.

5 stars is not enough for the service and support they provide. When you arrive 5 minutes before closure on a Saturday afternoon with chain issue (thinking you can fix it by yourself!) and the guy goes the extra mile to tell you to go pick and bring back your bike, you know you have found the best bike shop of Eastern suburbs! Half an hour later and your bike rides better than ever!Excellent service, so helpful and caring for bike riders from all level. I cannot recommend enough!
