I have been attending 3T Fitness for a couple of months now and I can honestly say that the workouts are better than any PT sessions I have ever had elsewhere. I have lost 10kg and am toning up nicely couldn’t be happier.All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and encouraging. I was made to feel very welcome.I highly recommend 3T Fitness you will not get a better work out and encouragement elsewhere in my opinion.PS- the pricing is more than reasonable.Thank you 3T Fitness.

Instructor had a good knowledge of boxing and took the time to teach us proper techniques even after class. Also drills allowed us to work out lightly or work out hard, depending on fitness, so really workout suits everyone
