Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff! Excellent advice that saved me a fortune. It's like they genuinely had my best interest at heart instead of their own. It's hard to find that kind of service these days. They've won me as a repeat customer. I won't trust anybody else!

I recently purchased two (2) new Mercury outboards from The Marine Shop.Prices quoted were reasonable and comparable with other dealers.The staff were excellent to deal with.Both the sales & service personnel were professional as well as down-to-earth great people. Any query or request I made was never a problem.I am happy to recommend The Marine Shop as I will continue to have my engines serviced here.

I bought a wipe for gme $69 Price tag . On the counter I've been asked $100 . I showed him the price tag , all the excuses...this or that. Walk out with out it . Check the price online $55 to $70 . I wander why everyone shop online. I'm old school ,I want this shop to survive hence 3 starts and this review. This is 3rd time I've been there lady on the reception is good. So if you're reading this give em a chance. Keep an eye out on the price

Service on engine is great but i had a new depth sounder fitted and where they moved it to was fine but didn't clean up after where they had worked and left the mess of the drilling in the boat. Removed a seat to give them space to work which is fine but did not put it back when finished. Nice people who work there and helpful but just let down partially by their finishing touches with clean up.

I was recently in the market for a small tinnie and had called a few dealers. I was fortunate to get Kate on the phone and she was very helpful in answering my questions and getting a quote off to me as she promised. Kate did an exceptional job of looking after me from the first initial call up until pick up of my new boat. On the day of delivery I also meet Mark who also provided me the same level of service. I am located approx 200kms from the marine shop and it was Kate’s customer service that made my decision to drive that far.If you are looking for anything marine go and see Kate at the marine shopGreat people to do business with.

Melton Marine services boats with delays and excuses. I should have known better than selling one through them.We unfortunately left them with a brand new boat used four times before I was unable to keep it due to health reasons.It has been there almost a year with no feedback or contact unless I called them. We got back a very weathered, used looking boat after they couldn’t sell it and didn’t want to even try by lowering the price.Not worth the one star rating.

BOUGHT A NEW TERRITORY PRO JUST BEFORE LOCK DOWN AND FOUND MARK ANS KATE BOTH FANTASTIC TO DEAL WITH, NO FUSS AND VERY EASY GOING, WAQS LOOKED AFTER VERY WELL AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW BOAT TO CHECK THEM OUT.
