Young Academics Early Learning Centre—Head Office
(Edit: I've now taken a star off for the laughable response! The number they've given is for the same head office that I'm complaining about! My complaint should have been escalated when I called to complain multiple times!!!)The Head office staff come across as rude, defensive and condescending.I had a horrible experience with them!They constantly got my invoices incorrect.They didn't action requests made for a payment plan and left my account overdrawn.They had no records of invoices sent to me and said the reason was because the invoices were live".Very impolite staff.I had to call back multiple times and speak with multiple staff who were all very rude
