Shaver Shop Warringah

Really disappointing customer service at the Warringah Mall branch. We purchased a pricey electric toothbrush which stopped charging within the warranty period. The store told us they would not exchange as they had exchanged a previous faulty toothbrush within the warranty period. The lady in store was rude and was very unhelpful. We phoned the manufacturer who immediately advised they would send out a new toothbrush and also advised the Shaver Shop should have exchanged this for us.I have been a customer of the Shaver Shop for years, however it seems like they will do anything to avoid warranty on faulty items. Based on this + the appalling customer service, I will no longer be shopping here.

Exceptional customer service from the team at Warringah Mall Shaver Shop. Bought a beard trimmer that died after 2 uses. Richard was quick to resolve my warranty replacement without any hassle. Won't hesitate to shop here again

Was about to make another sub $100 purchase on clippers until I mentioned to the sales staff member named Francis that they money I've spent on entry clippers was enough to buy a top-end professional one. My previous clippers always went blunt fast and that they never seem to last. She then pushed me towards the salon series of Wahl which 'yes' is more expensive but, she explained in detail the key differences on why going to salon series would not see me end up being frustrated again. Honestly, I never thought I'd get excited over shaving my head after 30 odd years but, after taking Francis's advice I can tell it's like going from driving a Datsun 120b to a Bentley Continental. I ordered a product from the Shaver Shop site, and Warring Mall store handled it. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong one in the first try.Richard fixed that up though really quick. He called after I contacted Shaver Shop and organised a quick refund.No questions asked, and very friendly service the whole time.The mistake was fixed so quick, that I wouldn't even mind of they made the same mistake again, because I know it will be resolved with ease.

Amazing customer service from Richard. Spoke to him about a special order and he chased it up promptly with a solution within a few hours.When Richard couldn’t contact me on the phone he followed up with a email to make sure I was notified.Then today when I went to collect my item I was greeted by yet another super friendly and helpful staff member at the shop!Couldn’t speak higher of my experience with shaver shop warringah!Keep up the great customer service it’s truly appreciated!

I bought a number of products from the Warringah mall branch. Just avoid that store. If not, don't trust their opinion, they are not totally honest. Second, don't trust if they told the product has guarantee. If anything goes wrong, they always find a way to avoid the guarantee. I tried a few times, first answer: you should clean it with our spray. Second: you didn't oiled it enough. Third: the guarantee doesn't include the blade. I also emailed the shaver shop support. After 2-3 weeks their answer was just copy of the term and conditions page of their website. And totally unrelated.

Buyer beware. I'm usually not one to leave reviews however I have just experienced the worst display of customer service in my life. Yesterday I spent $300 to replace and upgrade my much loved GHD after the previous model I'd had for 5+ years broke. Unfortunately the new top of the range" model does not deliver as was promised. I was far from happy with the results due to what I believe is a design flaw with the product and when I asked to return it today I was met with

Such a great experience at shaver shop Warringah. The attendant was so helpful when we were organising a school fundraiser hamper. She suggested products and gave us some samples free of charge. Extremely friendly and helpful!
