45 minutes to buy a sim card. The employee was on her own, couldn't speak English, couldn't get the printer to work and couldn't get the scanner to work. She took pictures of my license and other cards which I thought was pretty slack, and then served someone else while I was still waiting!Nothing seemed official.Very poor service.

You can not contact this store at all. I have ordered a phone through Vodafone to pick up in store and the delivery could not be delivered as the store was closed, despite this being within opening hours listed on Google. I have tried to contact the store numerous times and the number is disconnected. Do not recommend!Now hoping Vodafone can redeliver elsewhere, somewhere that’s reliable and contactable…

This is the second time I have been into see MJand he was vey helpful on both occasions.My phone just stopped working the first time and MJ quickly and efficiently fixed the problem.On the second visit he restored a lost thread of messages for me, which I was unable to do.MJ is very helpful and friendly and I will come back to his shop to sort out my Vodafone plans in future.

Google says open with hours. Tried to call, no answer. Went there and it’s closed. Signs says to text for bookings. Did that almost 2 weeks ago without a response. Should update on Google that it’s closed.EDIT: Jaweed ended up calling me and apologized for the delay eventually. Went in and got my stuff sorted. He was apologetic and explained the situation. Was professional and helpful. Thanks Jaweed
