Just after the lights on Paradise Road, heading for Logan Central, this Caltex service station matches prices with the Woolworths one across the road, so it can be the cheapest fuel around.I wouldn't normally pull in (no fly buy discount), except I needed to check the tyres. The presentation is a bit dull, but it seems to offer all that you would expect from a well run servo.

Only Servo I go to! Store is always clean and always has everything I want/need! Would give it more stars if I could :).Staff are all super lovely and the manager is awesome too! (Have been served by her a couple of times), although I have to say the young girl that works there is my favourite. Always has this bubbly personality no matter what time of the day you’re in (I usually come in early morning and sometimes at night). She has the best customer service and is always down for a quick chat if she has the time. Her service is always fast and if she has a long line she gets through it quickly but also still showing happiness towards the customers and being polite. She even knows my smokes which I know isn’t a big deal but to me it just shows that she cares enough about her customers to learn their smokes, pies ect.Everyone here has amazing customer service and that is what keeps bringing me back. I can’t seem to find that so consistently at other servos.I always come to this Servo and will continue to do so as I feel comfortable here and the environment is so welcoming whenever I come here. Awesome work guys :)

All Fuels available for cars and trucks .... convenience store with a wide range of goodies, cold drinks or grab a hot coffee. Clean store and yes public facilities on site. The staff member on the day I visited was fantastic, she was friendly did not mind having a yarn and a laugh not a common occurrence these days unfortunately.

Wow.. was the Clerk really that blind and didn't see it was coming down heavy with the rain. Still made me go stand in the rain and pay at the night counter. Proceeded to give me the thumbs up after having to pull out my card and scan through the outside of the window in the rain. What a joke.

More than half an hour before school up the road finishes this place has no car parks because of the impatient parents waiting for the children to finish school.. of course Ampol do squat for their customers parking

Car broke down at one of their servos and the attendants went out of their way to help me get the car running again. It didn't work but that's beside the point. Huge thanks to Honey and her coworker (sorry mate, I forgot your name)

Has what you would expect at a service station including a Coffee/Hot Chocolate Machine, small selection of bakery food items, public restroom, trailer hire etc. Store is always clean and staff are friendly, Petrol price is generally competitive with surrounding servos.My only down side is that they completely close the servo at Midnight (previously had a pay window service between midnight and 4.30am). I don't currently have a vehicle and am on foot so I liked the overnight availability as it's close to home, easy to access & has the essentials, especially the quickeze I'd usually be dashing up there to get in the middle of the night.

It's a service station! Not the cheapest fuel available by any means. It's not the most expensive place either.

WOW, just had the rudest customer service experience here from 'Denise'. I filled up a tank of gas and needed a receipt to claim expenditure. I paid at the pump and the machine didn't spit out the ticket so I went inside to ask for a copy. There I met Denise, who is by far the rudest and foulest customer service person both by face and attitude I have met. She looked at me up and done and said 'What..' when I asked for a receipt. I repeated the question and she squinted at me and said I cant print receipts..I asked her politely well, usually the tickets print and I need one, can't you print a copy and said said with annoyance no, you'll have to come back tomorrow. Wow. Something really got into this woman's ass this morning to be acting so unprofessionally. Get yourself together woman. What if I couldn't come back in to see the boss (which I can't!!!) and if the boss knows how to print a receipt, then you should too. I really hope Tamara the apparent boss sees this and fires this pathetic woman, she is unsociable and clearly too old to know technology and how it works!
