Best aquarium store in Hobart and probably across the state. Very diverse selection of fish - likely sells all the species pet stock / barn has, plus more. Like others said, actually not too $penny (pretty sure the khuli loaches were cheaper than pet barn). Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Would come again.

Not the closest fish store for me but 100% worth being my go to one. Excellent advice, products and fish. Very happy with tank I ordered and all questions answered. Staff and knowledgeable and friendly. So many fishies.

The staff there are so friendly and helpful, and super knowledgeable as well. The fish are all beautiful, well cared for, and the shop knows the breeders and can tell you all about whatever you are buying. The plants are amazing and are continuing to thrive. Never going anywhere else to buy aquarium needs!

I cannot recommend Aquatic Maintenance Tasmania enough! I recently purchased a fish tank from them, but unfortunately it had a leak. However, the team at Aquatic Maintenance Tasmania were incredibly responsive and efficient in replacing the tank for me. Not only did they replace the tank, but they also delivered it straight to my house, making the process so much easier for me. The customer service I received was outstanding - they were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The new tank is working perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Was pleasant, had fish delivered to aquatic maintenance, he was great about it. I ended up buying beautiful fish from him aswell he has great healthy fish in his store. Would recommend sourcing from aquatic maintenance for all aquarium supplies
