I would not recommend purchasing a laptop or any other good from this business.I placed an online click-and-collect order for a laptop and mouse on their website on 17/10/2022 to take advantage of product sales, (paid in full), and did not receive any order updates. Furthermore, I was unable to use the Track Order" functionality on the web site.After over two weeks of zero contact

I was after a throw that was on clearance. Only one was coming in so it was put under name. I was to be called when it arrived. Possibly 2-3 business days.I waited a week and returned to store. It hadn't arrived. Should be next Wednesday. I ring the store. Still hasn't arrived. They guy I spoke to was to email a lady and find out where it was and call me back. Nothing..I go to the store on Friday.The guy says it had come in the day before. He then looked everywhere for it. To no avail. Went and spoke to college who told him new guy had put it away. It was out on the floor for anyone to purchase.In the end I did get my sift fluffy throw.I just would have appreciated some sort of communication from the staff.

We bought almost all of our new home's furniture from HN Ballarat. We were lucky to meet Katie and would recommend her to anyone looking for furniture as she is an experienced and caring staff member. There were items that we couldn't find in the store but she went out of her way to source it from another HN stores and made sure that the items were delivered quickly and safely. I could not recommend Katie and HN Ballarat enough.

Approachable and knowledgeable staff in both departments.We purchased a television, power board with usb ports and surge protection and Pillow. The staff in both bedding and electrical were helpful, didn’t try to upsell at all and asked what we needed and suggested best value for money. Have been many times and will return many times again.

At least they pick you out of a click and collect queue and start to process your request. Even though requested in store was sent to warehouse where there was s long delay. But all the staff were friendly and polite.
