Zinger burger good as usual. But the chips were not good!!! Not cooked enough. I regret that I didn’t ask for other fries for us (3persons) none of us ate many of them. Asked about it one of the staff said that they used a new oil. Not good enough!!!!! Shape up please. It is the first time that I have had anything to complain about in a KFC place, a big dissapointment. The 6 KFC restaurants that are in Denmark has always lived up to the same impeccable standard. The staff was friendly but should have given us other fries.

The staff is pretty slow was waiting for an order for 45 min …. when asked the girls at the counter were pretty rude when replying…. and asked me to wait for 5 min…. this is unacceptable customer service.

No Mayo, no lettuce, no supercharged sauce. No sweet and sour sauce and no excuses. If this was a small business they would be crucified, I really need to stop wasting money with these big companies that don't care about providing quality products and services.

I had a truly unpleasant experience at KFC shellharbour that I must express my disappointment about. The condition of the tables was unsatisfactory, with stickiness and litter scattered about. Furthermore, the workers displayed rudeness by handling cleaning products near the food and carelessly pushing fallen chicken pieces under the counter. At the front, there were approximately six workers, with only one engaged in serving while the others idled around without any apparent purpose. To top it off, one worker even shrugged their shoulders in a dismissive manner when I requested cutlery. Overall, this visit was a disgraceful encounter

Bad driver delivery experience all the time here. So understaffed & poorly managed. One staff member preparing food, 9 people walk in, staff member has to serve them all, eventually goes back to filling order then completes all those orders before doing first listed delivery. Meanwhile delivery time is 10 mins over for external customers & havent even left the store. Which paying customer gets precedence? So unprofessional. Young staff yelling at drivers, taking their attention off the order then fulfilling it incorrectly.

Definitely the worst KFC I have ever been inwith a combination of mould animals growing from the ceiling tables you have to clean yourselfnot even receiving cutlerytoilet floors sticky with semi dried piss crystalsdefinitely won't be returningthe managers here must have too much time playing with the trainees instead of training themwhat an absolute disgusting place

We are comparing foods and services between here and SEAsia. Initial we are believed the chicken must be better than us, service should be better but turn out...We dine in first time here and ordered a family meal, they packed everything in a paper bag without any cup, spoon and plates. We have to asked for it then they provide. No source is provide (tomatoes or chilli).As for the food, the size of each chicken is different, a small pcs of chicken wing is consider one pcs, you will find much meat. The taste of the chicken is a bit too flat but luckily it doesn't that dry. Similar to the rest of side orders.Personally, I do not recommend to anyone for this meal.

Had the single most worst ever meals from a KFC in the History of mankind from KFC Shellharbour on the 31st May 23.That is saying a lot as a man of nearly 50 who loves a bit of KFC and has had his fair share over the years its quite an effort to take out the gong for worst ever".The Buns on the burgers where so hard you could Literally hammer in a nail with them and i mean that in the true sense of the word not the often used by teens "Literally" that doesn't really mean that. As for the chicken it was dryer than the Kalahari desert in a 100 year drought. Then if you add to the fact they also managed to get the order wrong....Thats $50 ill never get back.If you cant be bothered doing even a half decent job please get a job in Government where at least you will fit in."
