Friendly knowledgeable Staff, helped me choose correct products for my new fish tank.Well priced products, you are not paying for branding and marketing prices for same products as in chain stores.Support this local shop...even if your not from the area, you will find what you need here.I would definitively go here again.

We bought our very first snake here 2 years ago and have been coming back ever since. We can’t thank Nancy and Steven enough for all the help we have received from them. They are extremely knowledgeable and always professional and have always gone above and beyond to help us, especially when we first got into reptiles.

My daughter went here 3 years ago and she was going to buy mice they said they were going to ring us back when they came but they never rang us back we waited for so long and that was 3 years ago

Fantastic service from Steven.He is knowledgeable about dragons and dispelled a lot of the myth about keeping dragons with his personal and work experience.He didnt try and upsell equipment that wasnt needed and just provided the right equipment or our enclosure.Great pleasure to deal with.

Upon walking into the store, staff were sitting around eating lunch at the counter. No one even said hi or welcome.The worst living conditions for small animals. Mice only had one hide and big blocks of pellets. Had no enrichment, no variety of dirty and no space to climb and explore.All items were also dusty on the shelf. Which means the upkeep of the store is probably non-existent.I would prefer to travel an out to kellyville pets than 10 minutes to this store.

This is a great store, I love the bird that talks to you at the door and seeing all the animals. The people are helpful and knowledgable. They have a good range of items although not the cheapest. Parking can be tricky at certain times of the day.

Great place for all types of pets from dogs to lizards snakes to spiders, rat and mice, birds cats fish you name it they got it. Great service. Clean . and all sorts of tanks and accessories
