The inspection was done by Trade Mark Building Service in May 2020The builder changed the meeting time with the real estate without my presence. Therefore access to certain areas in my house was not probably inspected. Leaving the unknown issues for “licensed builder” to figure out.

Service that went absolutely above and beyond. I'm based in Victoria and struggled to find someone available who would do these in my state. Daryl from Compare Inspections was extremely kind and informative over the phone, including explaining the differences in state laws and offering to help if the Owners Corporation were able to give him access to the records.The report was very speedy and Daryl also spent a lot of time on the phone walking me through it and answering my questions. Because the layout of the report was very clear, I had no further questions and was able to make our offer for the property unconditional. What a great concept being able to compare building and pest inspection options all from one easy to use website. You can even sell a report and make money from it. I will definitely be using this service again.

We used Compare Inspections for a full building and pest report. It was fast and efficient and we were so happy to receive cash back when another person downloaded our report. The service was efficient and we were kept informed the whole way.

Does not even deserve 1 star, they dont have their own inspectors and use other companies inspector, not reliable!They way they communicate is so poor and not clear. Once you pay the money, they will forget about you, if you chase the report, they will threat is not to use our services again. Very poor and unprofessional team, never recommend them for any inspection

Great service, friendly and extremely helpful. First time I've organised an inspection so it was great to have someone walk me through the process and explain all the pros and cons. Will definitely use again when I need to.
