Friendly customer service. Convenient location and lots of space. Sparkling brand new bathrooms. Unfortunately very poor coffee though. Burning hot with a bitter burnt taste. Pretty much undrinkable.

Top marks to the Asian girl that works here!Arranging bubbly windscreen water at each station as if she was going to wash her own pet, that's how inviting it was.As well cleaning/wiping all the petrol display screens!Where else would you get this cleanliness?Doubt anywhere!And yet just because Beijing is polluted.It doesn't mean that every Asian is dirty!Here was perfect proof!

The bathrooms were disgusting. The men's toilet was closed due to a snake being inside and the women's toilet was covered in dead flies. By covered I mean every surface, floor and toilet seats. We ended up travelling 100km to hay to use the facilities

If you're stopping during normal business hours, absolutely worth the detour into town if your route doesn't already take you that way.Kitchen understaffed, majority of menu items not available when we stopped by for lunch. The sandwiches we were able to receive were cold even after we took them back and specifically requested they be toasted. Also heavily buttered.The hot spring roll from the main servo was all right though.

Being that you are a truck stop, I would have expected cleaner toilets, better coffee and food that actually looked cooked.With a few changes this could be a really good place to stop and refresh.

Stopping at prime dinner time, restaurant was unstaffed, toilets not clean, disinterested service. Also no wheelchair access. Don't bother unless you have to get fuel

Stopped for a coffee twice and on both occasions attendent seemed put out by the order. Told us he was cleaning the machine and then told us that there is cold coffee in the fridge when we said we would wait. Day staff might be better but the night staff needs some customer service training.
