Try to book a service for my Eos, call them this week twice around 12:30, been told they in lunch break, will call me back after. First day did call me back, I thought they must too busy. So next day I called you again, still didn't receive call back. It's my first time to get service with them. But now I am not interested anymore

They assisted me with my first Amarok which had boost issues and bent over backwards to help me. They did not charge for some work they did and were knowledgeable in all things VW.Recently took my V6 Amarok in for electrical issues and they again excelled. They have a customer for life and I have recommended them to my VW owner friends...

Deceitful, sloppy and incompetent. Avoid!They made bogus claims that we needed to replace our water pump and would cost well over $1000. They tried to use fear tactics, claiming that we would end up being stranded if we didn’t book it in. The car showed no signs of loosing coolant or over heating. After two weeks the car started to have major components fail. First the supercharger then fuel pump. They couldn’t book it in for over three weeks. I decided to get a second opinion as I was suspicious of the water pump claims, and unimpressed with the lengthy wait.I was appalled to find out from the second mechanic that not only was our water pump in good working order with no sign of faults. The supercharger and fuel pump had both failed simply because the bolts had not been correctly fastened. They found multiple other bolts across the engine bay either lose, only finger tight or missing completely. AVW had carried out significant repairs while the car was under warranty the previous year, including the replacement of some of these parts and rebuilding the engine.It is hard to say whether they are completely incompetent or they are trying to wilfully deceive their customers. Either way they can not be trusted, I highly suggest you get a second opinion before letting them carry out any work or better yet totally avoid them all together.

Reports from many clients that this business overcharges and does substandard work, buyer beware, and you did not look at a vehicle I had for sale and I do not do dodgy repairs, I was just giving an honest heads up.

They did a very nice job today with my VW Polo , David was really helpful for me and gave me good suggestions for fixing my car , they were very economical/cheap as compared to the market .I highly recommend AVWTHANKS

Travelling Australia and decided to buy a van with the money I'd saved from working! Go to see a van this company was selling all seemed good on the test drive, so I handed over a fair bit of cash. However after 1 week of owning we discovered the van was guzzling fuel. So I took it to a mechanic who told me the piston rings had gone, and told me it would be 5000 dollars to fix. Would not recommend using these guys ever!

Having been sold a car that isn't what it was said to be and finding ourselves looking at a potential bill for thousands and thousands! These guys have been excellent, not only have they managed to get the car road worthy but have saved us money along the way and completed the work a lot quicker than was expected on both occasions! If you want expert advice about your VW & excellent workmanship, we highly recommend these guys!!

Our much-loved 1996 VW convertible has been kept alive and lively by the AVW team for the past 5-6 years and in that time we've found them totally reliable in every respect; always completely honest about what needed doing and when, and forecasting what it might cost. Their expertise can't be faulted, and their friendliness has made our visits a pleasure. Warmly recommended without any reservation.

AVW clearly know what they are doing. I have had my Passat serviced there for a number of years and their work has always been perfectly satisfactory. I think recently they have been getting very busy and it's affecting the turn around times and cost. They are getting quite pricey. Also Michael no longer works there, and he was very good with customers. In his absence I have struggled to have people get back to me with quotes about how much recommended work is actually going to cost. I may well use them again, but am also looking else where.
