Put our Hyundai in for a service they rang said they need a extra day it took 7 days they didn't call or email us I had to call go on hold for a hour at a time still got no where I went in there no one knew nothing, told to come back,rang repeatedly for a week they did not keep us informed about anything keep looking somewhere else.

Avoid at all costs. The worst, most disgusting service I have ever experienced. Staff incredibly rude. I was yelled at and even THREATENED by an obviously unhinged young female staffer all because I politely asked to be put through to someone who could actually help me. I reported this shocking behaviour to Hyundai and they spoke to the manager there who rang me. He made it clear he couldn’t have cared less. To top it off, they “forgot” to stamp the log book. Never again will I set foot in such a toxic work place.ACCC says as long as your car is serviced by a licensed mechanic your warranty will still be covered.Don’t waste your time and money.

Avoid this place, very poor quality. Booked my car for a service. The car was fine but simply asked if they could adjust the hand brake, which they couldn't do. Was quoted $229 for basic service, checked the price when booking in and booked the car in. When paying for it was told it costs $299. I argued and was rudely told that the price was 299. Should have argued more but payed for it and swore I'd never return. Then when about to leave was told that the car will get a complimentary wash, so waited for around 40 minutes and the car had not moved, so got sick of waiting and left. Then called the manager to complain and he sounded good on the phone, promised a refund last week, and I'm still waiting for a call back or a refund. I can only say to avoid this place at all costs, not worth the trouble

HiThey are telling lie. They don’t know how toFix car. They charging money for nothing. I am not happy with them.
