Linda made the meal. We sat outside, had an incredible meal. The food was 4.5 ⭐️ but Linda our server was a 10! 10 ⭐️’s witty, charming, attentive! Thanks for making our experience wonderful!

My husband and I loved the food, but the best part of our night was our waitress Linda. I had never had oyster before and we ordered some, and she took the time to show me how to properly eat it and gave me tips and tricks to make it more enjoyable! The whole night she was amazing, attentive, and funny. I’ve truthfully never had a better experience with a waitress, and though the food was great I would come here again just to see her!

Beautiful food and great staff. We had an issue with a 3rd party booking voucher which was confirmed with us but not with the venue.Our waiter, (I think the manager on duty, sorry didn't get his name, he had a french accent, young guy) took the matter into his own hands, assured us not to worry and enjoy our evening and he would follow it up through the week, he could have easily turned us away or not honoured the voucher. Thank you for a great meal and great service and for saving our night

My partner took me here for my birthday this past Friday night, it was phenomenal. Highly recommend the banquet. A big shout out to our servers, they were exceptional. Beautiful food, wine and service

My first time traveling to Australia. This restaurant didn’t disappoint. We were warmly welcome by all the staff. Our server her name was Linda. She made the whole experience remarkable and made us feel like we are home. She went up and beyond to make us comfortable. For that I highly appreciate it. I highly recommend this place to people who are traveling to Sydney.

Manta is a seafood lover's dream. The service was great, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing. It was expensive but worth every penny. Every dish we had was delicious and we wanted more.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The seafood was the freshest and most delicious I've ever tasted. Every bite was bursting with flavor and I couldn't get enough. The service was also fantastic - friendly, attentive, and always willing to offer recommendations.The venue itself is beautiful, with a stunning view that only added to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.We opted for the set menu and were blown away by the Kingfish Ceviche, which came with red chilli, Spanish onion, puffed wild rice, miso crema, and crostini. The Fried S.A Calamari with saffron aioli was also a standout.For the main course, I chose the Tiger Prawn Linguine with confit garlic, parsley, and tomato. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the prawns were succulent and flavorful. My dining companion went for the Port Stephen's Market Filet with summer pea purée and salsa verde, and he couldn't stop raving about how tasty and fresh the fish fillet was.Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience and highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed
