Griffith Prestige Apartments

Griffith Prestige Apartments are new, comfortable and very spacious. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you might need. There's a huge dining table which can be set for 8, if you feel like cooking dinner for friends. The beds are very comfortable, so you'll have a great night's sleep, and the bathroom is modern and minimalist in style (there's a second toilet in the laundry downstairs.Each apartment has a garage with an automatic door and there are gates to the complex that allow you to exit onto either Kookora St, or Wayeela St. Out back is a nice courtyard, though this will only really be useful for al fresco dining etc. during the cooler months. In Summer the heat and the mozzies will send you back inside quick-smart, but at least your washing will be dry in minutes.If you don't feel like cooking, it's only a few minutes walk to the top of Banna Avenue where you'll find the historic (and delicious) Belvedere Italian restaurant. Indian, Chinese, vegetarian options are also very close by.Another great convenience, particularly in Summer, is that the Griffith pool is right across the street ($6 per adult). If you like to go for a morning run, I recommend heading up Scenic drive to watch the sunrise with the wild goats (I thought this was a bit of a treat).Money saver hint: be ready your bank's phone app to pay via direct deposit, and avoid a 3% charge on credit card payment.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, lots of space. Really well finished, bathroom and kitchen gorgeous. The location is good, only 5 mins walk from the shops and restaurants.

this was perfect for our Griffith stay - clean, reasonable price and lovely space to spend time..air con was appreciated during the heat wave as was the local pool complex just across the road..good Location near to the main street.

Located close to city centre. Well presented and clean apartments with plenty of space. All facilities and internet speed is good. Would book again next time in town.

Very spacious and modern apartments with all the mod cons and a handy location. Only fault was nowhere in the shower to put soap or anything else.

Quite posh 3 bedroom townhouse with all sleep quarters on 1st floor laundry WC up & ground floors and shared bathroom. Very happy to have stayed here $220 1 night 3 people. Close to main Street and local supermarket and regional theatre.

Quite a nice place with a great bathroom. There was a coffee machine but only one coffee pod (two chai pods??), no salt or pepper, strange things like that. There was also the list of requirements to fill before leaving - taking the sheets off the bed? I have never had to pay to do that before. So just be aware rubbish is to be removed, washing up done, bed linen stripped and towels to be left in the bathroom, these are not included in the price which is the highest in Griffith.
