We have just received our Zippie Iris with dreamline seating and it’s a life changing piece of equipment for our son !It’s comfortable, extremely supportive and better than we imagined.The customer care we have had with Richard has been incredible. He’s kind, caring and I always feel like he’s going above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I would highly recommend not only the product but the company as a whole

I didn't buy or get any services from them. This review is about the initial communications. I just inquired for a repair/replacement for parts but given the redtape. The manager was polite and professional in the email correspondence but no help at all. Got in touch with another company with no hassles. I was able to get a tech to come in 2 business days and my equipment was fixed.
