Sunny Life Massage Rouse Hill

I’d been using another massage place for years at rouse hill and was hesitant to change, but very glad I did! Each massage always fantastic and always helps with my knots and back pain even helped me fix my bruised ribs with acupuncture and soft massage! Highly recommend!

Very very very poor service. I went for foot massage especially said my foot is very sore and the lady who did my massage was rubbing my foot. when I asked her to do it hard she said no I cant and the lady in the reception came and asked me if I wanted it hard I said yes. She was like I will get another lady to come which never happened. The lady who was doing my massage was clearly not happy doing it for me but hey I am in pain and hence came for a massage if you cant do it just say you cant than waste my time. while I was paying my bill she asked my name and phone which is fine and which I gave and then she is asking for my address. Something was not right with her, when I asked why do you need my address she yes address address, I come for a service you provide and pay. Why do you need my personal info. there was no one there who could understand the Q so I left. But surly not returning here again. such a waste of my time and money.

Have always been a regular client here, got more than 20 massages here. Today i booked an appointment but unfortunately due to some emergency had to cancel it last minute. The way the receptionists spoke over the phone for cancelling appointment was horrible. I was very polite to her and wanted to explain but she very rudely said ‘Next time dont book appointment’.This is not how you treat your regular clients. Going to look for another massage place in rouse hill. Sorry, but you just lost a regular client.Reply to your response: No one or nothing gives you a right to talk rudely to someone. You didn’t even let me explain but just kept blabbering. Any emergency is important than a massage appointment. So please be respectful to every human soul, how you treat people shows your own character. Anyways, thanks for the lovely massage service this far, all the best.

Highly recommend Lucy, she is the best masseuse l have ever met. I enjoyed the the whole body massage so well with Lucy which perfectly released my physical tiredness as well as mental stress.The owner Jessica is very friendly and easygoing, me and my husband have been here for 3 times and we both enjoyed our experience here very well. Definitely 5-star !!!

Today I went to the shop for massage after a hard day, I highly recommend Amy, she is the best masseuse I have had, she works her magic every single time.Every single time her services have been outstanding. The owner Jessica works very hard to arrange our time. All staff members are super friendly and always smiling. This place is definitely a must go to if you want to feel relaxed stress free and also experience amazing hospitality. Thank you to all.

Highly recommend this place, it never disappoints. The staff are professional and know what they are doing. Amy has a golden touch and has helped me with my back problem. They offer head to toe treatments and the hot stones are a must. The lady who looks after the store also speaks good English so their is no language barriers.

Our whole family goes here since last 2 years now for great massage and Accupunture. All the staff are well trained and provide good massage. Owner is always accomodating to work around the times of four of us in the family including kids.Place is nice, clean, very friendly staff and I highly recommend.
