Been here twice so far, great customer care and vehicle service!!!I needed to get my car serviced urgently on a public holiday. The centre was obviously closed but online chat assistance was available who advised me that I would receive a call back the next day to workout a suitable slot.Instead, the person, within a couple of hours, coordinated with the team and set my car up for a service the very next day and saved me from a lot of trouble.Not only was I relieved to see a confirmation text even on a holiday but was also satisfied with their servicing.I’m a happy customer!

Never had an issue with these guys when getting a service. Transparent with prices and they get it done as quickly as they can. Wash and vacuum my car too. Coffee machine and waiting area with TV is a nice touch.

Called pennant hills nissan as I was interested in purchasing a patrol. Was bombarded by Eddie with questions as to why I want to buy a patrol? Never once when I’ve been purchasing a new car have I been asked why I want to purchase the vehicle. Eddie was then checking stock to see if he had one I can view I happened to mention a potential test drive, to that it was the cars like this never get test driven and hung up. I would NEVER buy a car from them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced when buying a car.

Our experience today was the same as 4 years ago....excellent! We purchased 2 new Nissan Pathfinders (Ti & ST-L) from Dat Nyugen at Pennant Hills Nissan on the weekend and he looked after us again. He was happy to 'work the deal' so that we both came out feeling 'winners'. He got the 'sale' accross the line and we drove out again with 2 beautiful Nissan Pathfinders. Thanks Nissan Pennant Hills we will be back in another 4 years!

Our car got involved in a crash whilst on service… they did some shortcut repair and now our car that’s never involved in an accident lost its value. Now they are lying that we never reached out after the repair???? Went there so many freakin times and wanted us to check all the repairs that they’ve done that we think we’re not happy about???? Now we are discovering repairs that wasn’t done properly like where inside the bonnet, they melted this plastic as seen on the photo! And the clanking sound when you turning that’s never been fixed so the car doesn’t feel safe to drive at all!

Very professional. Have bought most of my cars at this group. They have Nissan, Suzuki, Kia and Hyundai under one roof. New cars, servicing etc. They even drop you at home and pick you up, if you are not too far away and if your servicing is time consuming. My cars are 10 years+ old and are still purring as new. Nissan quality and great servicing!
