I viewed and Applied for a property for rent though onsite property on the 22nd April since then No communication,no updates and today I see my application has disappeared and not been told that we were unsuccessful. It's hard enough trying to get a property worse when they don't bother to get back to you about your application

Take note of the reviews and responses by John and learn that there is no accountability for these rogue independent agents that continue to ruin this company's imagine. Evan Wei gave us approval on a rental a week ago and is now trying everything short of reneging because 'he approves the application first, then starts the vetting process' Given how the rental market currently is for Tennant's, this has been a heartbreaking and disgusting way to treat what would be an ideal and long term Tennant.
