Body Mind Breath Yoga
Patrick's studio professionally run yet intimate and sensitively instructed. He is considerate of all levels and his attention to detail is impressive. I enjoy the casual, friendly approach at this studio and notice the improvement in myself through his consistently encouraging and often challenging classes.

Patrick is a skilled and thoughtful teacher, who understands diverse needs, injuries, aging bodies and is able to accomodate all of these into an energetic and grounding practice. he has a keen sense of humour and is a supportive teacher who continues to find different ways to challenge you to do your best.

Body Mind Breath Yoga
Patrick is an excellent, very experienced senior Iyengar yoga teacher and I savour every moment of his classes. He is encouraging to all of his students and gets the best out of us at that time. He and his students are very friendly. Each class covers new aspects - he continually facilitates extension in our practice using varied contexts over time, which lead to some very wonderful insights into our overall experience of yoga.
