Michael and his team did a great job with our flooring. His advice and suggestions were helpful from the start. Installation was done very professionally and they were very helpful with further requests. Would definitely go back to them if we were to redo our floor again.

Worst service I’ve ever encountered and an all round very poor quality product. Taurus Flooring is good at taking money but terrible in honouring warranty. After having bamboo flooring laid in our home and paying a large amount of money, we are now left with a floor that is buckled, skirting that has warped and an uneven floor surface. After numerous attempts to contact them regarding these issues we have been repeatedly avoided and no one answers or returns our phone calls. Regret paying these jokers and warn everybody else to shop elsewhere for flooring!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Taurus Flooring installed bamboo floor in our unit and in just in a few days after the installation we noticed a few large cracks in the boards. We had more than 10 cracked boards!!!! After investigation it was found the workers left a carpet underlayer which caused board to be floated" and that created cracks. It took HALF A YEAR for Taurus Flooring to schedule the repair. We lost lots of time taking days off while they failed to appear onsite due to diffeerent excuses. We even had to contact Fair Trading Department. Even after they completed the repair they haven't replaced all faulty boards and they had to come back a few times more. Now we've got another issue when boards disjoined by themselves and created 5mm gap between boards. That is after half a year since the last repair and 2 years since they installed the floor. We will never use their service again and we cannot recommend Taurus Flooring to anyone."

We are very happy with the timber floor Taurus Flooring did for our newly refurbished house. We visited the showroom several times and Michael provided us very professional advice all the time. The result turned out to be amazing! Highly recommended!
