I have just placed my order for a Model Y and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The whole process and the Tesla teams at Miranda and Chatswood were friendly, knowledgeable and it was nice to have a “no pressure” experience which I have always experienced with other car brand salespeople. A special shoutout to Nathan at Miranda and Jackson at Chatswood who were always happy to help and gave me an amazing customer service experience, thanks again. Fantastic customer service by Kat and the team. Had a creaky hub cap sorted out in under 3 hours. Got the car back washed, vacuumed and tyres inflated to spec. No other car maker can match this level of service and efficiency.

Picked up my new Tesla from Miranda. Car was fully charged super service by Nathan who provided us with 2 test drives to familiarize us with the car prior to the vehicle's delivery date.
