Sarah & Meg were awesome! Tried on multiple pairs of ski boots, along with my partner. They are helpful, knowledgeable and all was done with smiles and laughs. Highly recommend stopping by and looking for any of your boardsport needs!!

I had an amazing experience with Trojan over the phone. Spoke to Tom (?) who was incredibly helpful. He was super patient listening to my specific requirements, really knowledgeable about the fit of various brands and recommended the model of snow boots I should try (before buying). I planned to visit over the weekend and he even followed up with a voicemail with more information about the pair he put on hold for me. I later realised I called the wrong branch, but Tom's info made the subsequent call to the Rockdale store so much more efficient.

Easy online ordering. Heaps of products to choose from. I had some issues with my goggle/helmet integration and sent an email and some photos. The team were such a great help! I'm no where near the store, they went out of their way to help me choose a different helmet, offered alternatives and really made the entire process easy. Its always better to purchase these things in person and try on stuff before you buy, but with my location that's not a luxury i have. Again I can't say enough about how great the team was helping me out. Five stars for sure and i'll definitely be getting more of my gear from Trojan. Thanks Rob and Mary-Ann specifically. You guys are amazing!

Great place with an impressive range. Parked so close we nearly parked in the shop. Knowledgeable staff that had us in the right ski boots in no time. Will definitely be back when we need any winter ski gear. Thanks!

My experience with customer service today was outstanding! Tom looked after me and my partner today and was so helpful and so knowledgeable about all the gear I was trying on. He helped my select boots and binders that were perfect for me. I cant recommend this place enough. I was recommend by two different friends as they said it was amazing, 100% agree.
