It was a Monday and I was up late the night before thinking about my home loan and finances. I was nervous about the growing interest rates and needed to discuss my options. He helped me re-finance my home loan to a more favourable rate, received a cash back bonus and saved me thousands on the term of my loan. I recently purchased a property and Chris from Wealth Avenue was my broker. Chris was very approachable, replied very quickly to my emails and messages (even on the weekends), very prompt with getting the work done and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
