Gracemere Medical Centre

Was hung up on deliberately when I asked why no new patients were being taken on as this was the second medical centre in Gracemere I rang. Also what is with not taking on new patients are both medical centres neglecting their duty of care??? Be like if I turned up in America with no medical insurance. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be reporting both centres to the medical practitioners board absolutely terrible.

My husband and I went here for all three COVID vaccinations and each time they had no records of us, even after booking well in advance each time, nor was there the recommended distancing of two arm-lengths, only one. The first time the disinfection swabbing was cursory and the site became infected so badly I needed oral antibiotics, despite leaving the Band-Aid on for the rest of the day; the third time they werent even bothering to swab at all. If you can find somewhere else to get your shots, do so.

Tall blonde Receptionist is absolutely rude has no manners at all I sat there waiting for my appointment for an hour and a half and the whole time I was there her behaviour towards people on the phone and people coming in was disgusting. Told me I was horrible because my appointment was at 11:10 and I was still waiting at 12:30 and I asked how much longer because I was sitting there spewing in a spew bag I would of went home and come back if they were running so behind instead she told me I was horrible and to leave. Once I got into the doctor she took my blood pressure, but continued to go on as why there was such a big wait, my mother asked what my blood pressure was twice and the doctor replied with “I’m informing you on why you had to wait” we were in the room for 10 mins and she didn’t even ask me about being sick just kept telling me why I had to wait, I was already in there and just needed the help so we left and the receptionist laughed at us as we left. Never ever again

Very friendly and family oriented practice. Doctors are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Due to reduced GP practices it has been little struggle to get appointments however we had very less impact with this. We are seeing Dr. Bhavesh and he has been very knowledgeable and provides excellent diagnosis.

Tried to get appointment this week, after being put on hold for 20 mins was told I could not see a Dr until Monday week. I said that would be fine I guess, then get a call at 4:50pm on Thursday to say Dr won't be seeing me on Monday as he is too busy. When I questioned the receptionist about this and told her that seemed quite unprofessional she said it is just the way it is and alot of surgeries are doing this and hung up on me. Disgraceful!!

My husband and myself have had 2 covid shots. No waiting time, professional and very pleasant staff. Sometimes people need to look to themselves about their complaints.

If I can put less than one star I will, the worst clinc I ever been too all my life, studd treat people un respectfully and very late

Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Extremely compassionate, professional, helpful and friendly Doctors, nurses and reception staff. Everybody there always goes above and beyond what I expect for my kids and I. So grateful to have this business in our town!
