The worst care for carpet I have seen. I regret using their services. They washed our viscose rug instead of mist cleaning or dry cleaning it and this totally ruined the carpet. the rug is now beyond repair. I would recommend thoroughly investigating services and check the care instructions to ensure you are not disappointed.Additionally there is a conflict of interest of reviews by other users - beware!
