After our initial apprehension regarding a remote tax return an appointment was made To participate I was contacted at the pre arranged time and I must say it felt unusual to do this transaction over the phone but it was quick efficient and seamless. It turned out to be a more pleasant and convenient experience than going to the trouble of making the effort to drive to an office. No waiting, no parking no, problems.

Great service and very relaxed atmosphere!

I don't expect much from HR Block, just a basic service for a standard annual return. 5 minute job costing approximately $150This branch messed up my return resulting in a $1200 difference in rebate. This also meant I had to take time out of my day to travel back and sign the documents covering the error they had made. This branch was closed (mid-day) for multiple hours during advertised open hours on no less than 3 attempted return occasions resulting in my having to travel to this branch, during business hours, 5 times to complete this simple process. Not even an apology from the business let alone a sniff of a refund. One of the poorest customer experiences I have had and left me with ZERO confidence to go back to HR Block in general.

We got audited by the ATO and they found our form to be filled in incorrectly by their tax accountant. This was a costly mistake for us and one that should have been avoided. You'd think that by paying for this service they would at least fill the form in correctly.

Highly recommend Ollie Zunk. I won’t let anyone else touch my taxes - he is patient, professional and kind.

Pleasant courteous staff, always thorough and I am happy with the amount of my return.

Absolutely lovely consultant (Ollie). Really focused on educating the youth and answered my many questions patiently and informatively. Extremely happy with my experience and would recommend this office to everyone, especially for people doing their taxes for the first time.
