Terrible company and products!

Hard to find, it's inside the movie theatre. It is a nice place and the staff are friendly and provide a good service. However, they are quite overpriced, and when you select a staff member during booking, in my experience they don't honour it and assign you a random staff member. What is the point of even offering the selection?

I went for a facial and the girls were so helpful throughout my experience, they went above and beyond to ensure the facial was relaxing and personalised to my skincare needs which was amazing. Highly recommend!

Cautionary tale! A one-hour massage here cost me $160, however the experience did not live up to the expectations set by the high price tag. The first indicator that this wasn’t going to be a high quality experience was being lead to the massage room through a space scattered with with (possibly broken?) salon equipment covering much of the floor. The space itself is quite dated, and the massage room itself was undecorated and generally less relaxing and indulgent than other massage places in this price range. The deal breaker, however, was that the massage room walls don’t go to the ceiling, so for the duration of my relaxation massage I was could hear, loud and clear, the client in the next room complain about her ingrown pubic hairs in a waxing appointment. It wasn’t relaxing, it was distracting. The massage itself was ok, not great, but the real shame is the space and lack of attention to detail. If this were a $60 massage, I’d understand, but for $160 I suggest you go to Endota Spas or Milk and Honey Massage.

Friendly staff excellent service.

This has been by far the most gentle, pleasant relaxing beauty experience I have ever had. The clinician was discreet, relaxed and thoroughly professional. I really appreciated the hot wheat sac for my neck and the warm blanket. My legs are perfect, all hair removed and super smooth, plus I had a very gentle post wax massage. Fabulous.
