Highly recommend!!! We purchased a VW Tiguan from Paul and cannot recommend both Paul personally and the dealership highly enough. Sales and finance process was seamless, we were kept up to date regarding estimated delivery date and the delivery / handover experience was exceptional. We had a bit of a hiccup at VicRoads and Paul came down to assist in person. He really went above and beyond and we are so greatful. Thanks again!

Was purchasing a vw off them was being constantly contacted by them, had a change of circumstances and couldn't purchase the car right at this moment,after non replied texts and finally a phone call I have finally waited 9 days to get my refund processed which still hasn't turned upRang today to speak about where my deposit was and spoke to a manager that told me that purchases were more important than refunds and they are focusing on sales not refunds. Nice to know that everyone gets treated equally.I will be purchasing my vw elsewhere and also after reading other reviews looks like I dodged a bullet from purchasing from that dealer anyway

Where do I begin? Although buying a new car is a consuming process in itself, this has been such a smooth one with Shepparton VW. On the day of delivery, Ewan went above and beyond to explain every nitty gritty detail about the car. Exceptional customer service and that feeling of being an important client for them really stood out. Highly recommended. Cheers.

Meh , staff can be rude. Keep calling about trying to book repair have to explain same thing to 6different ppl. When did get booking asked for their bus back to CBD, I waited and then noticed the bus leave without me. No call out or anything. Walked back to work along the highway, was fun. I guess this is what you expect with regional dealers
