Wow absolutley useless piece of dashcam, something I feel like toys r us could provide... paid 1200 dollars for this piece of equipment and all it keeps playing over and over again like a broken record is for it to format with no instructions given by any forum online or by their installers. Would not recommend

Had an absolute looney driving behind us on the highway in this company's car. He was up our bumper and swerving like a drunkard while driving in the MIDDLE of the road. Seriously bad reputation to portray for a company when it appears as if your driver has been drinking on the job. His licence plate number was 255 WVQ for reference.

255wvq registration of the reckless driver on Toowoomba range today at 11:20am tailgating and driving over both lanes with your company car.

I call them 3 times a week to chase up my refund. It's been 8 weeks and still no refund.What a joke.

BEWARE !!!!I purchased a clipsal smoke alarm system and paid good money including a professional installationComplete system had to be replaced onceThen failed againEvery few days at any time including in the middle of the night the system randomly goes offI contacted my electrician Who then contacted Clipsal around the 29th of June 2021It’s now the 13th of August 2021 and I have sent numerous emails to Clipsal advising them it goes off randomly every few days and is not functioning correctlyI asked Clipsal if they find this satisfactory and they did not even respond to this questionThey must find it acceptable that I have to wait until the 17th of August supposedly waiting for parts to come inSo if you want a smoke alarm system that fails and randomly goes off through the night and you’re happy to wait months to have it attended to then choose ClipsalNot that I should have needed to point it out but I even stressed to them what would happen in case of a fire and I do not have a proper smoke detection system at the momentOnce again no response !!Tell everyone you know my experience if they are in the market for a smoke detection system and considering Clipsal

Needed advice on a UA Controller Transfer pact by Schneider electric.Called tech support 3 times and each time got a non english speaking call centre person who advised that the engineers were in a meeting and would call back straight away. I attended site over 3 days and had not recieved a call to help me with configuration of the ATS as required.If you want good customer support go to NHP or ABB at least they will contact you back.

Would only be visiting if required to see items related to this business. Currently has suitable Covid-19 processes on place to ensure staff & visitors safety. Plenty of parking available. Premise is easily located. Might be best to call ahead to make visit arrangements.
