They make my special pizza every time I go that is not on the menu. And they nail it each time.Basic base, extra BBQ sauce on top of pizza, Chicken, salami, mushroom, onion, capsicum, pineapple, slight olives and chilli flakes.I leave a tip every time because of the increase of inflation, and their prices are cheaper than every where else, especially for the value.Big ALs Tecoma, use definitely need to increase your prices for the value and quality that use have been producing to your customers, and with the great goods use provide and serve to your customers every day.

Pizza's not good enough to warrant 2hr + delivery times (has happened twice now). Went to collect once after the time estimated by the website and the order wasn't even in the oven yet so had to wait another 15 minutes in the dank front of house area. Time to find a new local pizza shop.

This is a very unprofessional set up and the guy at the counter was quite rude. Ordered online and the estimated wait time was 15 mins. I arrived 20 mins later and they hadn't started making it. Told me another 15 mins. No one else came through the entire time I was there so I doubt they were too busy. Seemed to be just too lazy from what I saw. It was still 25 mins after that that I got the pizza's

The staffs are super rude. Worst place to order pizza. After you order a pizza they start the oven. Then they make you wait till the oven gets heated. That takes about 45 mins just to make 1 pizza. Customer service is worst. I was waiting too long for a pizza. I waited so long that I end up living without the pizza. Before living when I asked the staff why its taking so long they started to behave very rude and started to argue with me. This review is based on my personal experience. I am never going to this pizza store again in my life.

Big al’s is the best pizza place i have been in ages if not my whole life. Sam was lovely and the food came out very fast. It is open very late and very accessible.

To be honest, sadly I have eaten stale onion rings from the footwell of my car that were better than this (yes im gross and not fussy and it only harkens once) I have given them a chance twice because they are open late and were the only option. I would rather (and did) go hungry. I am aware of late night food expectations. So I wasn't expecting much. I am NOT fussy. The seafood basket was literally inedible both times!! I thought the first might have been a mistake so I gave them a 2nd chance. My dogs wouldn't even eat it! I kid you not. And the pizza was just as bad. On the up side the thin crust was thin and good but the rest, I never leave reviews but this was disgusting. Don't order

Friendly staff, AMAZING pizzas, quick service, really good cause it’s open late! 10/10 recommend going there and giving it a go!
