Poor B2C communication service and poor internal communication. Every time we have questions or make enquires, they never fulfil by once. The customer service team said they will take care of it every time, or will get back to us shortly, but it never happened. You need to chase up and keep calling every time. They just treat you as a ball and throw you between departments. I made thousands of calls to get one thing done. They never respond as they promise, they only respond when you chase them up.They recommended the wrong service to us and required us to pay the bin removal fee and cancellation fee???? Even if we provide evidence, we still need to pay the bin removal fee and the lock fee. After we cancelled the service and asked to stop the clear bin service, they still came and charge us on the invoice. Then I have to call again and again. I called during the bin collection, they promised they won't charge me. Then obviously, it appeared on our invoice.Their complaint department is not taking my complaint seriously, that's why I need to express it here.It is so hard to communicate with them, never recommend it to anyone!

Totally agree with review below. We use Cleanaway for our company. Cleanaway QLD would be run better if there were monkeys working there. Office staff don't know what they're doing. Truck drivers will leave your bin in the middle of the carpark after emptying it and won't even bother to place it back where it was. Worst of all they require customers to give them a 60 day notice before the end of the contract if not the contract automatically renews for another 2 years!! STAY AWAY!!

The worst company in history - the most unethical stupid reps out of any waste service in QLD. Do NOT USE. Beware this company will lock you into a contract and not allow you to leave!! BEWARE
