Amazing service provided by them, especially Kimberly and Peter, they assisted me so much during my hard times, my son was unwell could not pick up the car, Kimberly assisted with all the arrangements. Fantastic staff and fantastic repairs. Definitely recommended.

Mark and the team have been extremely professional and helpful. We visited prior to our appointment to understand how it all worked as this was the first time we had used this repairer via our insurance company. The gentleman at reception was very kind to explain everything to us. We dropped off the car today for an assessment and our experience was very pleasant and easy. Great customer service ;-)

Earlier this year I had my car body repaired at Capital S.M.A.R.T. Repairs were meant to be completed in late December 2022 but due to car parts not being available the work wasn't able to be done until early January this year. I was kept informed at all times about the due date of arrival of parts and when work was to be done. From the time my car was booked in to the time I collected it I was always kept well informed about progress of work on my vehicle.The office staff as well as the managers and all other workers were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, friendly and professional at all times. I was totally satisfied with all of my communications with them and the completed repairs on ny vehicle. I have no hesitatation at recommending them.

Car went in for paint damage to the front bumper.Only resprayed 1/3rd of the bumper and clear coated over the stone chip's ever after I asked would they repaint the whole bumper and told yes by the assessor.Now I have a half shiny half dull bumper!!Damaged to front left rim from a gutter which I only found when I got it home!Yes I know you will say I did it so I should have checked it thoroughly on pick up!Nice shop front but poor quality of workmanship!!

Work quality is good but had to wait 3 weeks for an assessment then 2 more weeks for a booking to fix a broken tail light and mnor spray on near new vehicle.. Was told it would take 3 days. Rang midday of third day to be told it would not be ready until mid next week. Lost car for the weekend.

Great service and the work was done well, I had low expectations after seeing reviews. They matched my paint perfectly even including the blue flakes in the paint. There is a tiny difference in the gap at the top of the door, this is understandable in my opinion. I believe people have misconceptions about how easy it is to fix the damage. You wouldn't be able to tell the car was in an accident. Had amazing service throughout the whole process, and they offered to book me an uber to and from the destination to my home which was very convenient. They also replaced the badges on my car that were looking old. Overall very happy.Edit. Gap is large enough to let water through the temp sensor in the mirror is now no longer working . Disappointing. Now I need to go back and get issues resolved.

Took my car in for some fender, front bumper and mirror damage. Repairs took less time than they originally told me, however the quality of work left a lot to be desired. Interior trim was damaged to gain access to the mirror and a plug is missing from my door. The panel gaps for the fender were also poor, and requested it to be fixed. Told me it would take them 15 minutes but it was more like half hour. I had to take time off from work this morning to pick my car up only to be let down. My car only has 7500 kms on it and I thought a bit more care would have been taken. Now I’ve been told I have to bring my car back in so they can look at the trim damage and missing plug to assess if they were at fault. There is also powder from the polish on my carpet and dash and the car had not been cleaned properly from the polish. The creases on the mirror also have polish in them. Overall externally dissatisfied

Shannons even less indifference., Shannons say non Ford part is ok, Smart say no. Yet the same group. DIFFER! Four people in the WAITING rooms very upset , one I was told lost thieir son , and was still having problems SHOCKING.No help was offered ! A trip to a garage is just tg get it fixed .SMART AVOID plenty of other place!had just lost her son

Got sent here by my insurance company. Got turned away after 10 seconds during my appraisal because an Ironman Bullbar was apparently impossible for them to either fit or organise to be fit. This caused me to spend hours on hold to my insurance company to be able to organise my 4x4 to be sent to someone else with a brain and a socket set (fit the gaurds and sublet it to ironman to fit the bullbar, if your TRADESMAN cant work out what bolts go where, its not bloody hard, but to these guys it is). If they cant fit something easy like a bullbar i wouldnt trust them with anything else. Absolutely useless. Unless you love being screwed around and wasting a day, and holding your phone to your ear, tell your insurance you want an actual paint and panel shop, and not a shop that takes cream work on nana's mazda 2 with a few scratches on it. Ignore the 5 star reviews for this place they were more then likely made by employees or bots (just read the 5 star reviews and ask yourself if an actual person writes like that or if its textbook HR horesh*t with a name or 2 dropped here and there). Dogs**t crash repairer that cant carry out crash repairs unless its buffing and polishing...

Did not properly return the trims to the new door, might be damaged aswell.One photo is the photo of the other door that was untouched. Other one is where the repair happened.Also left alot of paint streaks on the side.
